The farmhouse becomes a ship, the yard becomes rolling waves, the scalloped white picket fence flies up to resemble sea foam and the sheets on the laundry line are becoming sails.  Unfazed, the proper old lady in vintage attire knits as her body leans eagerly into the wind.  Her parrot and her cat set sail with her into unknown adventure.    Acrylic  35.5″ x 23.5″
